The introduction and share with my thoughts.
Sports help people to have good physical and mental health, and increase their positive energy. Among these, Fitness can promote a comprehensive, balanced and aesthetic physique, alongside musle growth and a toned body. This is also beneficial for the respiratory system, blood circulation, cardiovascular health, and the musculoskeletal system, provided that training is performed with proper technique, appropriate intensity of work-out and a suitable nutrition plan. They can even support rehabilitation when practiced at a light, controlled level with the correct exercises.
Most sports (such as gymnastics, ball sports, martial arts, swimming, marathon, athletics...) also require bodybuilding and fitness as a foundational component to support their primary major because of the balanced muscles and strength instensification.
In bodybuilding and fitness, there are various types of activities depending on training goals, including Bodybuilding (professional physique development focused on maximum muscle growth), Fitness (balanced physique), Physique, Powerlifting, CrossFit, and more.
My specialization is Gym and Fitness with its goal of overall physical health and well-balanced plus asthetic physique. As a personal trainer in this field, I mainly train for personal purpose rather than a vocation, as I currently work in another field. However, I am happy to share my knowledge and experience with those who have a passion in Gym traing in particular and sports in general, and also those who are just starting on their journey to Fitness.
